What is the refund policy?

Premium Fees and charges are non-refundable and there shall be no refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods. The only exception is when materials purchased are deemed non-viewable from technical errors.

Additionally, unused Karma Credits expire upon the expiration or cancellation of the subscription package and cannot be redeemed for cash. Your purchased Karma credits will also expire every month and renew for a total of 150 Karma as long as billing information is still valid and up to date.

To avoid unwanted recurring subscription charges, instructions for canceling are below.

  1. Log in to your StudySoup account.
  2. Click "Edit My Account" right under your profile picture.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom. Click "Edit Subscription". 
  4. You will see a pop-up. Hit "Cancel Subscription" to unsubscribe & stop further charges.



 If you don't see the Edit Subscription button, then you must be logged in to a different email address. Please reach out to us so we can help you find the correct account.
